Project Details

Golden Ponds Retirement Village is located in Forster, NSW and is owned and operated by Stockland. Stockland undertook a development involving an additional 47 new Independent Living Units, delivered over two stages. In August 2014, Stockland engaged EPM as Project Manager. EPM’s role included finalisation of arrangements for the Design & Construct building contract, and administration of the contract through construction, as well as co-ordination of the project with Stockland’s design, marketing, sales and operations teams. Construction commenced in November 2014 and reached completion in November 2015 and included significant public infrastructure upgrades, including road widening, street lighting, and pedestrian refuge and footpath works to increase the amenity for the residents.
