Project Details

Stage 1 (57 independent living units) was completed in May 2016, Stage 2 (40 independent living units and the clubhouse) in March 2017, and Stage 3 (106 independent living units) throughout 2018 and 2019. The project was winner of the Retirement Living Category in the 2017 Urban Design Institute of Australia NSW Awards for Excellence, the 2017 Urban Taskforce Awards for Excellence, and the 2018 Property Council of Australia Innovation & Excellence Awards (NSW).
