Code of Conduct

EPM subscribes to a policy requiring and expecting certain behavioural standards from its own personnel and its clients’ personnel in the performance of their duties and in their dealings with each other.

  • Having integrity, care, professionalism and courtesy in their interactions with each other;
  • Disclosing any real or perceived conflict of interests;
  • Avoiding conduct and language that intimidates, threatens or abuses any other person;
  • Being well groomed and professionally attired in the workplace;
  • Maintaining a consistent and timeous work schedule;
  • Abiding at all times with Australian law regarding anti-discrimination, anti-harassment and anti-bullying in the workplace.
