Project Details

The development is located at 23-33 Oxford St & 6-14 Cambridge St, Epping, NSW 2121. The high-rise tower is a 29-storey development comprising of 132-bed aged care, 205 independent seniors living units, parish facilities, a primary school, and a multilevel basement car park. The development is surrounding The Catholic Parish of Epping and Carlingford which is to be retained and operational throughout the construction phase. The works commenced in 2022 and are expected to be completed in 2024.
