Project Details

The project started with the redevelopment of the site to create a new 113-bed RACF to replace an existing nursing home, and refurbishment of a heritage building, Huon Park House. The site has an area of approximately 2.4 hectares and is set amongst bushfire prone land. EPM Project provided end-to-end project management services commencing with assembling the project team, managing the statutory approval process via a Development Application to Ku-ring-gai Council, managing Land and Environment Court appeal, tendering, and contract administration of the construction contract.
