ROSEVILLE – SPORT AND WELLBEING CENTRE

Project Details

The Sport and Wellbeing Centre comprises an eight lane, 25 metre indoor swimming pool, a strength and conditioning space, a dedicated food technology teaching facility, six general learning areas, and three rooftop multipurpose sports courts, and will present to the main streetscape, in a heritage conservation area, as a single storey development. To facilitate this project, a residential cottage and two existing courts will be demolished. EPM Projects is providing end-to-end Project Management that commenced with concept design and appropriate planning pathways and approvals. A State Significant Development Application (SSDA), which involved a substantial community consultation process, was lodged with the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment who recommended approval, and the project was subsequently approved by The Independent Planning Commission (IPC) in June 2021. Construction of The Sport and Wellbeing Centre commenced in early 2022.
