Project Details

Roseville College is a non-selective, Anglican day school for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12 on Sydney’s North Shore. The School has engaged EPM to manage the planning, approvals, design and construction of their exciting new Sport and Wellbeing Centre. The project will seek approval via a State Significant Development Application.

Plans for the new Centre include an outdoor court area to replace existing courts, a spacious strength and conditioning gymnasium, and an indoor swimming pool to allow year-round, all-weather learn to swim activities and elite squad training. The Centre will also feature a leading-edge nutrition and food technology space, flexible learning spaces, and underground car parking spaces for staff and students to ease the demand on neighbouring streets. Construction is planned to commence in late 2021, with completion in 2023.
