PRESBYTERIAN LADIES’ COLLEGE – THE GATEWAY PROJECT

Project Details

The Presbyterian Ladies College, Croydon, (‘PLC Croydon’) is a non-selective, private, independent school which has been in operation since 1888. PLC Croydon provides education and boarding facilities for girls Pre-Kindergarten through to year 12.

The College appointed EPM to manage the delivery of The Gateway Project, a new three-storey Junior School building that consists of 12 flexible classrooms, 200 student tiered hall, reception, staff facilities and an administration wing. The building fronts extensively landscaped play and learning areas including creek beds, amphibian pond, sensory and vegetable gardens and an insectarium. The Project was completed in December 2017 with the NSW Premier, the Honourable Gladys Berejiklian officially opening the building in February 2018.
