Project Details

Pacific Hills Christian School in Dural manages New Hope School, a Christian school catering for students with moderate level of intellectual delay or Autism Spectrum Disorder. As part of the master planned development of the Campus, the New Hope School is being relocated from existing demountables to a new permanent facility. The new home of New Hope School will initially include 3 new buildings with 6 classrooms, staff accommodation and a new on-grade carpark with 65 spaces.

In mid-2020, EPM was engaged to manage finalisation of design and approvals, undertake head contractor tendering, and contract administration during construction. Works will commence in late October 2020 and will be completed by the end of 2021.
