Project Details

In 2013 while the new Administration Centre (Stage 1 of a two-stage redevelopment) was being constructed, EPM was appointed to manage the process to obtain statutory development approvals and construction documentation and tender and appoint the building contractor for the Collaborative Learning Centre (Stage 2). The design for this complex followed a design competition that was planned and managed by EPM. The facilities include informal indoor and covered outdoor meeting spaces, performance spaces, private study rooms, canteen and dining area, expansion of the existing carpark and outdoor landscaped recreation spaces. Construction commenced in December 2014 and was completed in July 2015.
