Project Details

In 2019, EPM was engaged by Mount Annan Christian College to assist with its proposed administration building, which would become a modern centralised facility to accommodate its staff. The development was completed in 2022 and provides a variety of office spaces, meeting rooms, and gathering and training areas within a 1,400m2 of internal floor area. The project is a central hub to the school’s masterplan.

EPM developed and led the implementation of a strategy allowing the project to be delivered as Development Permitted Without Consent. EPM was then engaged to manage the completion of design documentation, tendering, and contract administration during construction.
