Eptec Group is a specialist national asset preservation and rehabilitation contractor.

In the midst of a Covid lockdown in 2020, EPM were tasked by Eptec Group to assist with their office relocation from the Sydney CBD into Macquarie Park. EPM acted on behalf of the client as their confidential tenant representative when developing their bespoke brief and throughout EPM’s approach to the market for new office space. The completion of various inspections and due diligence assessments led to Eptec Group successfully leasing and securing an expanded office space at below market rent and for their desired lease term.

EPM also assisted with subsequent fitout works, makegood obligations, lease and Landlord negotiations alongside all works associated with relocating the entire staff, furniture and equipment to the new office. Works occurred within COVID restrictions and around seasonal holiday periods.

EPM was able to add value because due to their extensive experience with lease negotiations, removalists, building managers and landlords.

Eptec and EPM have continued their relationship through repeat engagement.
