Project Details

Westfield approached EPM to assist in planning and managing the fitout of and relocation to its new offices in the podium of Centrepoint Tower, 100 Market Street, Sydney. This approach recognised the significant experience of EPM in planning and managing similar large-scale corporate office fitouts and relocations. Westfield had occupied Westfield Towers at 100 William Street, Woolloomooloo for some 30 years. The new offices involved the fitout of some 9,000 square meters with a focus on workforce collaboration, mobility and workplace flexibility and adaptability. The role of EPM included strategic planning, programming, monitoring and reporting progress and being an advisor to the Project Steering Committee. The project was completed in 2011.
