Eptec Group sought EPM’s assistance to represent them in the market when Eptec Group were looking to relocate their industrial offices and warehouses into a larger premises.

EPM acted as the tenant representative and liaised with the leasing agent, landlord, building managers and specialist technical due diligence consultants to ensure a warehouse could be secured.

EPM successfully negotiated a new lease for a 7,086 m2 warehouse when the national industrial vacancy rate was sitting at a historical low (1.3%).

EPM provided insight on the fitout, outgoing obligations and makegood requirements on both their previous and new tenancy. EPM was able to build on historical relationships to ensure both parties were satisfied with the final lease terms.

The new warehouse will be used to accommodate several of Eptec Groups teams, including Corrosion Control Engineering Pty Ltd (CCE), Australia’s largest cathodic protection specialist.

EPM assisted with the due diligence, relocation, fitout and lease terms with this warehouse and office relocation.
