Project Details

In 2017, EPM was engaged by Healius to undertake due diligence investigation into a number of sites as the future home for Healius’s medical centre in Fairfield, which was to be relocated. The preferred site identified was a new building at Fairfield Forum which would be developed in partnership with the owners of Fairfield Forum. EPM managed the process to prepare and lodge the development application with Fairfield Council (lodged in late 2017), and has managed the preparation of design documentation in conjunction with Healius’s internal stakeholders.

EPM Planning advised Healius how to address the complex, sometimes contradictory, Council requirements for the site, described in two DCPs and a transitioning strategic context.
