Project Details

Cranbrook School is an Anglican independent day and boarding school for boys, Pre-school to Year 12. Cranbrook has appointed EPM to manage the delivery of their Stage 2 Masterplan redevelopment project which comprises:

• A new academic and liberal arts building – termed the Centenary Building
• A new sub-surface car park for 124 car parking spaces
• A new sub-surface Aquatic and Fitness Centre

EPM has been tasked with managing all aspects of the project including approvals, design development, tendering and construction.
