St Patrick’s College Strathfield

Project Details

St Patrick’s College owned two houses located at Francis Street, Strathfield that were used by St Patrick’s College for administration. The two houses were demolished and a new 2-storey Technology and Applied Sciences (TAS) Building over an underground car park was constructed in place of the houses. This stage of the project was completed on time in December 2014.

As a second stage to the project, St Patrick’s College demolished an essentially disused Monastery Building and several smaller art and general purpose rooms located on the campus. In their place a new building was constructed to create 2 levels of General Learning Areas, one level of Art and Media Learning Areas and a 200 seat Lecture Theatre. This stage of the project was completed on time in December 2015.
