ST PHILIPS CHRISTIAN COLLEGE – MASTER PLAN
Project Details
St Philip’s Christian College, Cessnock is a leading Christian independent school in the Hunter Valley catering for over 1,000 students from preschool through to Year 12. Following the success that EPM brought to the school in 2013 in identifying a method by which the school could avoid a Development Application for almost all of its school building projects, the school invited EPM to develop a strategy to appoint an architect to prepare a master plan. The strategy identified by EPM includes identifying and investigating the constraints to development, facilitating stakeholder engagement workshops including groups of up to 70 staff, and developing the master plan brief. EPM prepared and invited tenders from selected architects and facilitated the process leading to the appointment of the winning architect to prepare the master plan.
