Christian Education Ministries (CEM) operates the Australian Christian Colleges Marsden Park campus on Farm Road, Angus and has experienced significant growth in the short time the school has operated on the site.

The ACC Marsden Park site is evolving under a variety of planning approval pathways, including exempt development, complying development, and development applications. EPM provides town planning services to CEM in the delivery of various components of the ACC Marsden Park site works, including strategies for the delivery of future projects.
