Project Details

In early 2009, Northern Beaches Christian School engaged EPM to plan and manage the design and construction of a Multi-purpose Community Sports Centre under the Commonwealth Government’s Building the Education Revolution (BER) programme. EPM identified a strategy that allowed the school to take advantage of the Complying Development Provisions of SEPP (Infrastructure) 2007 and thereby avoid even an application for an Authorisation under the planning legislation relating to the BER programme. EPM assembled and lead a team of consultants to design and document the project works, competitively tendered the construction works, and administered the building contract. The project was completed in April 2010 and EPM has since been appointed to manage several other major building projects for the school.
