Project Details

This project conisted of the construction of 21 Independent Living Units for the purposes of affordable housing for seniors, in accordance with Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2012 and State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing for Seniors or People with a Disability, 2004). The project was also required to comply with the guidelines of the National Rental Affordability Scheme 2013. EPM Projects provided end-to-end project management services commencing with undertaking a feasibility study to assist BaptistCare to ascertain the viability of the project, assemble the project team, manage the statutory approval process, tendering, and contract administration of the construction contract.
