Project Details

In 2014, EPM was engaged by BaptistCare to develop a project delivery master plan for the redevelopment of the existing ‘Maranoa’ facility in Lismore. The development of the master plan involved the assembly of a core consultant team to produce a concept plan, review the site constraints, and prepare a preliminary feasibility assessment for the development. The master plan outlined the manner in which BaptistCare could develop 42 Independent Living Units across the site in a staged development, in a way that was consistent with the requirements of the National Rental Affordability Scheme.

BaptistCare subsequently engaged EPM to manage the construction of 21 Independent Living Units. EPM provided end-to-end project management including oversight of the statutory approval process, tendering and contract administration during construction. The project was completed mid-2016.
