ASCHAM SCHOOL – MARGARET BAILEY BUILDING

Project Details

In 2016, Ascham School engaged EPM to project manage its new English and Languages centre. The project was undertaken in two packages of work. The first ‘early works’ package involved a substation and associated electrical infrastructure works for Ascham’s campus. Development consent was successfully obtained for these works in 2017, via a Class 1 appeal in NSW Land and Environment Court.

The second package included the demolition of the existing Margaret Bailey building and construction of a new English and Languages centre in a new four storey building featuring 15 new classrooms and flexible learning areas. The new facility provides larger classrooms with improved natural light. Construction was completed successfully in time for Term 1, 2020.
