Project Details

This project conisted of the demolition of the existing Margaret Bailey building and construction of a new English and Languages centre in a new four storey building featuring 15 new classrooms and flexible learning areas. The project included a new substation and campus electrical infrastructure. Development consent was successfully obtained for these works in 2017, via a Class 1 appeal in NSW Land and Environment Court. EPM Projects provided end-to-end project management commencing with assembling the project team, managing the processes to obtain design and statutory development and building approvals, tendering, and contract administration of the construction contract.
