Project Details

Vasey Housing is a not for profit organisation operating 5 retirement villages at 5 sites across NSW. In 2018, Vasey engaged EPM to project manage the fitout of its new head office in Rhodes, NSW. EPM established Vasey’s requirements for the office fitout based upon the current and future structure of the business and managed a Design and Construct procurement process. EPM has responsible for liaison with Mirvac in relation to Lessor approvals. The new office will accommodate up to 18 staff and includes meeting rooms and a breakout space.
