PYMBLE LADIES’ COLLEGE – THE CENTENARY PROJECT

Project Details

Pymble Ladies’ College is an independent non-selective school for girls from Kindergarten to year 12, located in Pymble NSW. The College appointed EPM to manage the delivery of a project involving a state of the art indoor eight lane 50 metre swimming pool with diving facilities, along with a separate learn to swim pool and fitness studio, a Hockey Field and a 230-car carpark. The Project is declared State Significant by the Minister for Planning & Infrastructure who in July 2013 gave consent to the Project. EPM is responsible for the normal duties of a client-side Project Manager including to develop and implement strategies to manage the risk arising out of the Project relating to cost, time and quality, tendering and appointing the construction contractor, and administering the construction contract.
