KNOX GRAMMAR SCHOOL – REFURBISHMENT OF SCIENCE BUILDING

Project Details

Knox Grammar School engaged EPM Projects to manage the refurbishment of the existing Science Building. The works included internal refurbishment of the Science Department laboratories and preparation rooms on levels 2 and 3, refurbishment of the Level 4 space to cater for a new Business Studies Centre and external refurbishment works to the façade and roof to achieve the desired ‘Knox Look’.

The works were undertaken simultaneously with the construction of the adjacent Knox Senior Students Academy (KSSA), with the aim of providing continuity in design between the existing Science Building and the new KSSA (completed in July 2015).

Works on site commenced in August 2014 and were progressively completed and handed over to the school in January, April, and June of 2015.
