Project Details

HCF Chermside is the flagship dental and retail colocation opening in March 2019. The centre is located in Westfield Chermside, one of Brisbane’s largest shopping centres, and consists a generous retail area, six dental surgeries, a state of the art sterilisation unit, OPG, laboratory and auxiliary areas. The project was successfully handed over the client on time and within budget. This project had a unique set of challenges due to the necessary QLD approvals and coordinating HCF’s marketing ambitions. These challenging areas were overcome through careful planning and the support of a great project team.
