Variety – the Children’s Charity NSW/ACT is a non-profit organisation founded in Australia in 1975 that supports children and families who are facing many challenges through sickness, disadvantage or living with a disability. In 2017, Variety was faced with the need to upgrade its Sydney offices and approached EPM for support based on a pre-existing relationship between the CEO’s. EPM were able to obtain statutory development and building approvals through its extensive knowledge of the Planning System in NSW in a manner that saved Variety significant time and cost. EPM is proud to support Variety in the very important work that it does in the community.
