Project Details

In 2011 Cranbrook, appointed EPM in order to lead its project delivery team to complete the new campus. The project will cost in the order of $50 million and includes all the facilities that are normally associated with a K-6 school along with leading-edge indoor and outdoor sporting facilities. The project was delivered in two stages with the first stage completed in mid 2011 and the second stage in April 2012. EPM has since been appointed by Cranbrook as its Project Manager for other building and development projects at its Senior Campus in Bellevue Hill.
