Project Details

Alphacrucis College is a Higher Education Provider of tertiary education centred on the academic and spiritual development of Christian Leaders. Courses are offered at Bachelor and Masters levels across areas of Business, Business Administration, Leadership, Ministry, and Theology. Having outgrown their facility at Chester Hill, a commercial property was sought and secured at Parramatta.

Alphacrucis College engaged EPM Projects in the capacity of Project Manager to undertake the following:

• Due Diligence to confirm suitability of the selected property for Alphacrucis College operations.
• Preparation and submission of a Development Application encompassing Change of Use for the establishment of Alphacrucis College within a commercial premise.
• Manage the design development and documentation to align with budget constraints, gaining of Construction Certificate, tendering, award of building contract, and contract administration for a multi staged project with the 1st stage being successfully completed in an extremely compressed time frame to align with Alphacrucis College’s relocation from Chester Hill.

Alphacrucis College commenced its preliminary operations at Parramatta following completion of Stage 1 on the scheduled date of 1 September 2011 and commenced full operation of the Campus as planned at the completion of Stage 2 at the beginning of semester 1 in 2012.
