EPM was successful in facilitating the approval of Wycliffe Christian School's DA which included negotiating with Sydney Water regarding a sewer pumping station, for the construction of a new Multipurpose Hall.
Completion of the land subdivision was a key to the commencement of the Multipurpose Hall Project.
The site is located in a very environmentally sensitive area and is bushfire prone land.
The school required a design that would fit with the historic nature of the Blue Mountains while also expressing the innovative nature of the school.
EPM drove the issues that had prevented the land subdivision which resulted in the necessary approvals by Sydney Water and completion of the subdivision, and managed the design and construction of the Multipurpose Hall.
