Sophos is a world leader in computer anti-virus protection systems. Sophos commissioned EPM to research and identify its corporate headquarters in Australia; negotiate and secure a lease; manage the design and construction of the office fitout; and manage the relocation.
The project was completed without disruption to Sophos, on time and to budget and to the complete satisfaction of Sophos.
At the end of the initial term, Sophos appointed EPM to negotiate an extension of the lease.
