Project Details

In early 2011, Northern Beaches Christian School engaged EPM to investigate the potential to undertake a two-stage major redevelopment including Administration Centre (Stage 1) and Collaborative Learning Centre (Stage 2). These investigations culminated in a recommendation by EPM about a delivery strategy, advice about the probable cost and timing of the project and a strategy for obtaining statutory development approvals. EPM was appointed to develop and manage a design competition for the appointment of the architect, assembled the project team, manage the process to obtain statutory development approvals and construction documentation, and tender and appoint the building contractor for the Administration Centre which was completed in October 2013.
