Knox Grammar School was opened by the Presbyterian Church on Sydney’s North Shore in 1924 in the tradition of John Knox, the 16th century Scottish reformer, who planned a network of schools in every church parish. Since then Knox has grown to become one of Australia’s leading Uniting Church schools. EPM was initially engaged by Knox in 2006 to investigate solutions to execute the School’s ‘master plan’.

Since then, epm has been involved in various projects with Knox, notably the recently completed Great Hall and Aquatic Centre which houses a multi-purpose hall with the capacity to seat 2,500 people, 50 metre indoor swimming pool, learn-to-swim facility, and weights room. Other projects EPM is engaged on include renovations to Ewan House located on the Preparatory Campus, Road Widening of the Main Boulevard, Extension and Upgrade of Sports Office and School Archives, and Design and Development Management for a new Senior Students’ Academy.
