GRAPHIC ARTS CLUB – MASCOT

Project Details

The South Sydney Graphic Arts Club is a boutique registered club located on Coward Street Mascot. The Club was formed following the amalgamation of the South Sydney Businessman’s Club with the Graphic Arts Club and has proven to be a stand out club amongst its trading peers in the club market.

The Club engaged EPM to undertake an Options Analysis Study to explore the potential for alterations and additions to the existing premises to respond to the demand for additional space and facilities at the Club. Following the conclusion of the Study, the Club approached EPM for project management services to facilitate the procurement of the project from inception through to completion of construction works. The project has traversed through the phases of Design and Approvals, Construction Documentation, and Tendering & Recommendation. At the conclusion of the Tender phase in October 2015, the Club placed the project on hold subject to future availability of additional project funding.

The project will respond to the market demand at the Club for the following:

  • Increased general lounge area
  • Expanded back of house food and beverage services
  • Increased dining area
  • New function and conference room facilities above the existing club
  • New general office
  • New toilet facilities
