EPM was initially appointed to find a new premises for Extend Technologies, and negotiate a lease. In November 2007, Extend Technologies expanded the role of EPM to manage the design and fitout of its new premises in North Sydney.
The timeframe was very tight; just over five months from commencement of design to relocation, which included design, approvals and tendering.
The project was finished on time, under budget and to a high standard.
Because of the success of the Sydney project, Extend Technologies appointed EPM in 2010 to undertake the same role for its Melbourne offices.
