Anglican Retirement Villages (ARV) provides a wide choice of retirement living and high care accommodation services to more than 3,500 residents in over 22 facilities.
ARV engaged EPM to spearhead the design and approval of its village at Sandon Point on the NSW south coast. EPM assembled and led a team that succeeded in gaining approval under Part 3A of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act (NSW) that withstood three separate court challenges.
EPM achieved similar success for ARV when it led a team to design and secure the approval of Pittwater Council to develop Warriewood Brook, a 260-Unit Retirement Village and Aged Care Facility on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
