During 2007 and 2008, EPM managed the fitout of Alcatel-Lucent's new Australian Head Office, in Rhodes. The office accommodates 1,000 staff and extends over 18,000m2 . The ground floor features an extensive client interface area for sales presentations of Alcatel-Lucent products, and a flexible auditorium space for 200 people. The project involved the integrated design of the base building to suit tenant needs, the fitout of the building to meet the needs of Alcatel-Lucent, and the relocation of over 900 staff from three locations across Sydney.
