Aevum is the largest private owner and operator of Retirement Villages in New South Wales. Aevum owns and manages 3,108 retirement units and 367 aged care beds in 29 facilities across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. In 2009, Aevum appointed EPM as its Project Manager to spearhead its efforts to obtain approval of an application under Part 3A of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act to substantially upgrade Cardinal Freeman Village at Ashfield, its largest village. EPM is responsible to assemble and lead the consultant team through the design documentation phase of the Project, competitively tender the project works, and manage the construction phase of the Project.
