March 2008

Winner Stockland House, Sydney in the Australian Financial Review's BOSS Space Awards.  The judging panel selected Bligh Voller Nield's design out of 78 entries applauding intellectual rigour and staff engagement with something innovative as a welcome relief from the carbon-copy nature of commercial design in recent years.  EPM were the Project Managers for the awarded winning project. April 2006

EPM was appointed by the Anglican Retirement Villages in 2004 to manage this particularly challenging project. The DA for the $130 million retirement village was approved after a lengthy and complex process that was managed by EPM.  The attached article published in the Manly Daily on the 5 April 2006 records the momentous resolution of Pittwater Council to approve the development.  Click here to view.

March 2006

EPM was appointed by St Luke's Grammar School to manage the design and construction of its new Middle School facilities. A Manly Daily article published 23 March 2006 records the official opening of these facilities.  Click here to view

February 2006

EPM has worked with Stockland Commercial & Industrial Division for over two years.  In January 2006, Stockland engaged EPM to manage the refurbishment and fitout of its new head offices in Sydney.

February 2003

November 2002

The National Office of Information Economy (NOIE) commissioned Ernst & Young to identify and examine small and medium businesses in Australia that were successfully using advanced e-business technologies. This study concluded on 11 November 2002 with the launch of e-government Week at Parliament House in Canberra. In the address by Senator the Hon Richard Alston, the Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, Senator Alston singled out EPM for its achievements in e-business.
