Project Details

Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT (SCC) owns and operates Cardinal Gilroy Village, a retirement village at 45 Barcom St, Merrylands. The existing village includes 238 Independent Living Units, and a 135 bed RACF, as well as SCC’s own head office.

EPM has been engaged to project manage the first stage of the masterplan which will include 26 ILU’s and a community centre at the front entry of the village on Barcom St. EPM is also project managing the preparation and lodgement of a planning proposal to change development controls across the rest of the village.
