KNOX GRAMMAR SCHOOL – EWAN HOUSE

Project Details

Knox Grammar School engaged EPM Projects to manage the refurbishment of Ewan House, a heritage listed residence constructed in circa 1896 that had previously been used as a boarding house by Knox Grammar School. A innovative approvals strategy involving a combination of Complying Development and Development Consent was developed by EPM, in parallel to the development of Design Documents a support the Design & Construct delivery method. Ewan House provides flexible spaces for administration, learning and pupil assembly and reflects the approach by John Weeks, Headmaster of ‘Innovation Wrapped in Tradition’.
