Project Details

Healius is one of Australia’s leading listed healthcare companies offering a broad range of medical and related services across its network of medical centres and pathology centres across Australia. Over time differences between the standard of appearance in centres became apparent Healius appointed EPM in September 2012 to manage the improvement of the physical appearance of 18 of its medical centres to reflect an agreed condition standard and set a benchmark for ongoing maintenance.

The $5M program, completed in December 2013, includes external improvements to landscaping, footpaths, pavements, fencing, signage and the building exterior, and internal improvements to floor, wall and ceiling finishes, doors, joinery, furniture, bathrooms, fixtures and fittings. During the project planning phase Healius added works from its Reception Consolidation program to EPM’s responsibilities, to assist operational efficiencies.
