Project Details

In July 2015, BaptistCare (NSW & ACT) appointed EPM to project manage its new Residential Aged Care Facility in Kellyville, and act as contract superintendent for a Design and Construct contract. The development forms a stage of a broader Part 3A Application lodged by BaptistCare in 2010 and approved in 2011. The facility will include 152 beds, including dementia wings, as well as kitchen, dining, laundry and staff facilities. It will feature the latest technology in relation to integrated nurse call, security services and building services monitoring / control. Construction commenced in March 2015 and was completed in January 2017.
