The Education and Community Business Unit provides project management services to schools and community groups embarking on the construction of new buildings, extensions and alterations, and refurbishments.

EPM is uniquely positioned to assist clients because it has a comprehensive understanding of the environmental planning framework in New South Wales, including the Commonwealth BER Scheme and the Nation Building and Jobs Plan (State Infrastructure Delivery) Act 2009. Furthermore EPM has demonstrated a high success rate in obtaining Council approvals for projects that were otherwise unlikely to be approved.
